This week on my Patch colum,"Cooking with Chelsea" I'm featuring Grilled Parmesan Tomatoes. A quick and easy side dish that is filled with delicious flavor. Made with only a few simple ingredients, this dish is the epitome of fresh.
If you're lucky enough to have a green thumb and able to grow tomatoes and herbs in your garden, this item can be made any time. I have yet to develop my green thumb... I have a hard enough time remembering to water my potted plants. Regardless of where your ingredients come from, this dish is light, fresh and satisfying.
